Web applications, internal systems and integrations that replace manual work — from the first conversation to production, with the price agreed up front.

What we build

Eight ways we turn business problems into working software — each one shown in the product itself, the way we work.

Websites for companies and trades

A site that presents your business, takes inquiries and turns visitors into customers. For trades, small companies and larger firms that want a serious web presence without a big project, from €200.

Custom web applications

Portals, booking systems and internal tools shaped around your process, not squeezed into a template. Software your team and your customers use every day, because it was built for the way you work.

Custom software development

When off-the-shelf products stop short, we build the missing system: the tool your team wishes it had. Built with the people who will use it, documented well enough to hand over.

Backend and API engineering

The layer that makes your systems talk. We design backends and APIs that move data reliably between your tools, so nothing is entered twice and nothing gets lost between systems.

Business process automation

The routine of your business: order intake, invoicing, notifications. It runs on its own. Every run is logged and auditable, and your team gets those hours back.

Cloud infrastructure and DevOps

Containerized environments, automated pipelines, and monitoring that catches problems before your customers do. Releases become boring, in the best possible way.

Maintenance and optimization

Software doesn’t finish at launch. We keep existing systems fast, secure, and current. We measure first, then improve what the numbers say matters.

Full SEO optimization

Visibility where your customers search. Technical audit, structure, content and local SEO — from page speed to the way Google reads your copy. The goal: more real customers from search, focused on Osijek, Našice and the surrounding area.

What we solve

If your business runs on spreadsheets, email chains and tools that don’t talk to each other — that’s the work we take on.

  • Manual workflows

    One source of truth

Paper forms, spreadsheets, and email chains replaced by one connected system.

  • Disconnected business tools

    Systems that talk

Your CRM, accounting, and inventory finally share one data layer.

  • Repetitive data entry

    Entered once

Entered once, then carried everywhere it’s needed, automatically.

  • Reports assembled by hand

    Reports in minutes

Monthly figures copied from five sources into one spreadsheet. Reports that build themselves from live data, ready whenever you need them.

  • Bookings kept in a notebook

    Zero double bookings

Appointments, rooms and equipment in a notebook or three different calendars. A booking system with one calendar that always shows what is free.

  • Operational visibility

    Clear at a glance

Live dashboards that show what’s happening across the business right now.

  • Internal dashboards and customer portals

    Built for each

Purpose-built interfaces for the people who work in your business, and for the customers who buy from you.

  • Approvals lost in email

    Every step logged

Requests sent by email, sitting in an inbox, getting lost. A digital form, a fixed approval order and a record of every step.

  • Tools tied to one desk

    Available everywhere

A program that only runs on the office PC while your team works from home, the warehouse and the road. A web application available on any device.

  • Legacy software modernization

    Modernized safely

We re-architect and migrate old systems in stages, without stopping the business.

Discuss your project

How a project runs

Five stages, one team, working software from the first month. You always know what’s happening and what comes next.

First, we listen.

A working session with the people who do the work, not a sales call. We map the process, the systems you run on, and the outcome that would make the project worth building.

“We run orders, stock, and invoicing across three spreadsheets and a lot of email. We need one system the whole team can work in, without stopping the business while we switch.”

No stopping the business while we switch

Then, we plan.

Scope, architecture, milestones, and the trade-offs, written down and priced per stage, so you can steer or stop at any point.

“Build the order-to-invoice flow first. Everything else can wait for version two.”

Next, we build in loops.

Working software every two weeks, demoed live. You watch the product grow instead of reading a progress report.

“Show us something we can click, not a document.”

After that, we prove it.

Automated tests, a staged rollout, and a handover your team can run without us in the room.

What it costs

For small businesses and founders who need a proper website without a proper budget: we start simple, with a fixed price and no hidden items. Bigger custom systems get the same approach, quoted per stage.

The page is paid once; maintenance + hosting is monthly. The final price is agreed in writing before we start.

A bigger project? Tell us what needs to change, and we’ll come back with a staged plan and a price.

What working with us is like

FCode Systems builds custom software for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. We design web applications, internal systems and integrations that replace manual work with software that fits the way you operate. We work mostly with small businesses and solo founders, and take on larger systems when the need is there.

We start with the business, not the stack. Before the first line of code, we sit with the people who do the work and map what slows them down. The technology comes after — chosen for the problem, never the other way around.

We build software that is boring to maintain and obvious to use: clear code, documented decisions, and tests around the parts that cannot fail.

And we stay after launch. Most of our relationships are long-term: monitoring, improving, and extending systems as your business grows.
